    Directions

    桂圆红枣枸杞能养肝补肾,补血益气,更有增强免疫力。

    Step 1

    将龙眼干、枸杞、红枣泡水5分钟,沥干。Soak dried longan meat, JIZI, red dates in water for 5 mins.

    Step 2

    面粉与酵母拌勻,加入其他材料A,以1度搅拌半分钟, 再以2度搅拌 20-25分钟,至面团富有弹性即可。Mix flour & yeast, add remaining ingredients A, knead for 30 secs on 1st speed, and 2nd speed for 20-25 mins until dough is elastic.

    Step 3

    加入材料B混合均匀。Add in ingredients B and mix well.

    Step 4

    让面团基本发酵40分钟,然后分割成每份100克,滚圆,松弛15分钟。Ferment for 40 mins. Scale at 100g each. Round up and intermediate proof for 15 mins.

    Step 5

    整形,揉成椭圆形,杆薄,放在烤盘上,最后发酵大约30-40分钟,至面团涨至双倍大。Mould and roll dough into oval shape and place on a greased tray. Final Proof for 30-40 mins till double the size.

    Step 6

    放入烤炉,以200℃烘烤15分钟。Bake at 200℃ for 15 mins until well baked.
